About Us

A virtual consulting team built around strategy, operations, and people.

G6 Consulting helps clients approach AI as a strategic business process rather than a one-time technology project.

Why we exist

After seeing many AI efforts either fail to reach production or deteriorate quickly, veteran enterprise leaders created G6 Consulting in 2024. The involvement model was the issue, not the technology. Vendors of platforms sold tools, not results. Shops created attractive models that were unrelated to corporate strategy.

Our firm helps businesses interested in AI choose the right tools, understand where they fit into the current workflow, and determine how their employees should use them.

Managing Consultant
Russell Robertson

Russell Robertson is an Estimator in the Commercial Construction industry, working out of Raleigh, NC. I am relatively new to the industry, having worked for only 2 years in the role, but having been in construction for the past 4-5 years. My family is full of entrepreneurs, and I aspire to follow in their footsteps and start my own business one day. I started in construction sweeping floors and doing labor work, then moved into management roles building townhomes, and now I am estimating high-rise multifamily projects at a top firm. My work ethic and willingness to do what needs to be done to complete the job at a high standard is what I believe has led me to grow quickly in my roles. I believe in the saying - “whatever you do, be the best at it”. What I lack in experience I look to make up for with perseverance, hunger, and being coachable to quickly learn. I have had the privilege of learning from many stellar leaders, and I look forward to helping others grow once I mature in my profession.

Personal Ethics

My personal ethics are to always be honest with others, even when it may come at my own expense. I believe in always telling the truth, even if it seems like a harmless or small lie. I think that one's character is built by the small things they do every day. So for me, being ethical in every situation is highly important, as that creates my overall character. I also believe in treating everyone with the same respect and attention, regardless of their accolades or standing in a group.

Project Manager
Xyria Thompson

Xyria Thompson is a business administration student at Purdue University Global and a General Manager at Home Technology Solutions, one of the nation's top 10 Samsung service providers. In her role, she oversees day-to-day operations at Home Technology Solutions, as well as performing in-the-field repairs for customers. She takes a hands-on, direct leadership approach to ensure high-quality service and top-tier metric performance. Based in Charleston, WV, Xyria brings strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills to the table in all aspects of her life. She is passionate about both her work life and her community impact, as her future goals are to work for Samsung Electronics as a regional service manager as well as operating a West Virginia-based animal rescue.

Personal Ethics

My ethical decision-making is generally guided by virtue ethics, as I tend to utilize more of a moral compass approach. I strongly believe that integrity and a strong character are essential characteristics of a strong leader. It is essential that leaders take accountability for their actions, so this is why I strive to focus on my personal principles of accountability and respect both inside and outside of the workplace. When making decisions, I also utilize the common goods framework by making the good of the team as a whole, equality, and fairness my main focus.

Business Consultant
Maggie Ring

Maggie Ring is a realtor and a caregiver born in Dallas, Texas. She combines her passion for people with business experience in every project she undertakes. Maggie started her career in real estate, and during this process, she learned how to assist her clients in making one of the most significant decisions in their lives: either buying or selling a house. While working in real estate, she has taken up an even more gratifying job in caregiving, which enabled her to develop her empathic approach toward people as well as improve her patient care skills. She is characterized by warmth, attentiveness, and concern about other people's well-being. Currently, Maggie is studying for her bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Purdue University Global.

Personal Ethics

Ethical decision-making in my case is based on accountability and equality. The right course of action, whenever I make an error or a mistake, is to admit it, to learn something important, and to proceed positively. I think that every human being is equal and deserves to be treated equally and respectfully. Real estate work and caregiving have taught me this every single day of my life. In this group, I am going to follow these principles in order to ensure success and respect for each other.
